BRATISLAVA – The organisers of Bratislava Open 2025 are pleased to announce another exciting addition to this year's entry list. Australian tennis player Thanasi Kokkinakis will compete at the courts of TK Slovan Bratislava, bringing further quality and international recognition to the tournament.
Kokkinakis reached a career-high ATP singles ranking of World No. 65 in 2023. Throughout his career, he has recorded several notable victories against some of the world's top players and has established himself as a respected competitor on the ATP Tour.
His participation is further proof of the high standard of the 24th edition of the Bratislava Open, which has become one of the most prestigious ATP Challenger tournaments in the region. Fans can look forward to watching a player with extensive experience from the biggest events in world tennis, including Grand Slam tournaments.
"We are delighted to have added another renowned name to the player field. The participation of a player with such an impressive tennis résumé is a great asset to the tournament, and we believe it will be appreciated by Slovak tennis fans as well," said Tournament Director Branislav Stankovič.
Bratislava Open 2025 will take place at TK Slovan Bratislava and will once again offer a mix of experienced international players, leading Slovak representatives, and promising young talents competing for valuable ATP ranking points.
