Alex Molčan Will Not Compete at the Bratislava Open 2026

Slovak tennis player Alex Molčan will not participate in the Bratislava Open 2026.

We received this information from the tournament supervisor, whom the player informed of his decision to withdraw from the tournament due to a wrist injury.

Following yesterday’s visit to the tournament physiotherapist and a subsequent consultation regarding his health condition, Alex announced his final decision. Unfortunately, he will not take part in the Bratislava Open 2026. The reason is ongoing wrist problems, which currently prevent him from competing at a professional level.

We are sorry that Alex will not be able to appear before the home crowd this year. However, we understand that health comes first, and we wish him a speedy recovery and a successful return to the tennis courts.
